Independent contractor or room rental options Looking for a welcoming space where you can work independently, exchange ideas, and develop your practice? Motio Hub is a small, growing clinic looking for an RMT who values thoughtful patient care, qualified collaboration, and continued learning.

New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome!

What we offer

- Flexible scheduling, coordinated around your availability and room access
- Hydraulic treatment tables, linens, and regular clinic cleaning
- Jane App for online booking, scheduling, and electronic charting
- Hot stones and silicone cups available for appropriately trained therapists
- Independence in your treatment approach and clinical decision-making
- Compensation and arrangement details discussed together

The clinic owner is an RMT, Manual Osteopath, and college instructor who understands the challenges of starting and developing a practice.

Mentorship is available, including discussion of assessments, treatment planning, exercises, and the practical side of working in a clinic.

We also value sharing knowledge and offer occasional in-clinic courses and learning opportunities.

An opportunity to build Motio is a newer clinic with an active patient base. We’re looking for someone interested in growing with us and contributing to their practice’s development. Your caseload will build over time.

Prefer to rent a treatment room? We’re also open to discussing room rental with an RMT who wants a base for their independent practice. Rental availability, fees, and inclusions can be discussed separately.

Other regulated health professionals interested in a room are welcome to enquire about suitability.

We value reliability, clear communication, and patient-centred care.

Email [email protected] with your résumé, a short introduction and your availability.

One professional reference may be requested at the interview stage. New graduates may provide an instructor or student-clinic supervisor.

Let’s meet and see whether Motio is the right fit for you!

Pay: $39.00-$150.00 per hour
