The role involves stakeholder engagement, change impact analysis, communication planning, risk assessment, project coordination, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies.

- Create training materials, communication plans, and support resources.
- Track performance metrics, gather feedback, and evaluate change outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in business analysis, business development, or management consulting.
- Knowledge of change management, project management, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results efficiently.
- Relevant change management or project management certifications are an advantage.
