Red Deer Child Care is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or 3 to join our team in a full-time, permanent relief position.

Responsibilities

- Provide coverage for educators during absences across our programs.
- Ensure children's safety, well-being, and active supervision.
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment while following licensing regulations and program policies.

Qualifications

· Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or 3 certification.

· Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification.

· Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check issued within the last six months.

· Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable access to a vehicle, as travel between programs is required.

· Strong communication, teamwork,



and organizational skills.

· Reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for working with children.

- Knowledgeable of Flight Curriculum.

Position Details: Full-time, split shifts of up to 6.5 hours daily.
