About Us

Fairmeade Estate is a growing vineyard and agricultural operation located in Langley, British Columbia. As we continue expanding our vineyard operations, we are looking for a reliable, hardworking and physically capable individual to join our team.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with practical farming experience who enjoys working outdoors and operating agricultural equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate tractors, mowers, and other agricultural machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and basic repairs.
- Assist with vineyard operations, including pruning, planting, irrigation, canopy management, and harvesting.
- Perform general farm maintenance and physically demanding outdoor work.
- Follow instructions and work closely with our Vineyard Manager.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.

Requirements

- Previous hands-on tractor operating experience is required.
- Basic agricultural knowledge and practical farm experience.
- Familiarity with agricultural equipment and basic mechanical maintenance.




- Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor work, including lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg), bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, responsible, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Previous vineyard experience is an asset but not required. We provide on-the-job training in vineyard operations.
