Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a skilled manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital transactions
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and process refunds with precision and integrity
- Conduct product demonstrations and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth checkout processes and store flow

Skills





- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering roles, especially involving technology products or demos
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team members clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers at shift end
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail merchandising techniques
- Excellent organizational skills to keep the storefront tidy and well-stocked
- Ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during high traffic periods
- Phone etiquette for professional communication with customers over the phone or in person
