What You’ll Do

You’ll grow your own portfolio of rental properties and real estate clients in Edmonton.
That includes:

- Prospecting and networking your way to new management and real estate clients




- Building relationships with investors, landlords, and tenants
- Leasing, managing, and retaining your own portfolio
- Your management portolio becomes your sales farm that feeds you recurring transactions
- Delivering high-level service that builds lifelong referrals

You run your business. We help you scale it.

Required Licensing (RECA)

You must hold at least one of the following:

- Property Management Licence
- Residential Real Estate Licence

Helpful Experience

- Propertyware / Buildium / AppFolio
- Google Workspace
- LeadSimple / Monday.com / Asana
- Rently / Tenant Turner / LetHub / Rent Engine

Compensation – 100% Commission, Unlimited Growth

This role is 100% commission… by design.
