Look Optometry is looking for a confident, friendly, and highly motivated Patient Recall & Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team!
We operate two optometry clinics in Surrey, BC, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and helping patients stay on top of their eye health.
Your voice is your greatest asset in this role!
What You'll Be Doing
- Contacting existing patients to schedule their next eye examinations.
- Following up with patients who are overdue for appointments.
- Answering questions and helping patients feel comfortable booking.
- Maintaining organized recall lists and accurate patient records.
- Helping keep our doctors' schedules consistently booked.
- Supporting our front desk team when needed.
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent phone communication skills — clear, confident, warm, and professional.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Organized, reliable, and results-driven.
- Able to handle objections and turn conversations into confirmed appointments without being pushy.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Previous experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, reception, or call centres is an asset.
- Optometry experience is welcome but not required.
- Additional languages are an asset.
