Security & Manager

Location: Richmond, BC
Salary: $110,000–$135,000 annually

KPI is recruiting an experienced Security Manager to oversee security operations, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance in Richmond, BC.

Responsibilities

- Manage security operations, contractors, and service providers.
- Oversee emergency response, fire safety, and incident investigations.
- Develop security procedures, risk assessments, and prevention strategies.
- Manage security budgets, contracts, and infrastructure improvements.
- Oversee CCTV, access control, alarms, and life safety compliance.

Qualifications

- 7+ years of relevant security or emergency management experience.




- Minimum 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience managing security contractors, budgets, and emergency response.
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and physical security systems.
- CPP, PSP, CEM, ICS, or equivalent certification is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits: $110,000–$135,000 annually, plus perks, pension, and potential incentives.
