Seasonal Team Member Job Overview

Mezza Lebanese Kitchen is on the lookout for energetic and reliable Seasonal Team Members to join our team during the busy holiday season (October through December). This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love interacting with guests, and want to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to serving fresh, authentic Lebanese cuisine. No prior experience is necessary—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn! As a Seasonal Team Member, you’ll help with various tasks that keep our restaurant running smoothly and ensure our guests have an exceptional experience during the holidays.
Responsibilities

- Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders.
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains them to guests accurately.
- Uses the Point of Sale system/cash register to record the order and compute the amount of the bill. Collects payment from guests and makes change.
- Ensures products are stocked in sandwich unit areas before and after business rushes.
- Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service, and cleanup.
- Cleans and maintains all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image.




- Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas, and procedures as outlined in the Mezza Lebanese Restaurant Group Operations Manual.
- Maintains professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the Mezza Lebanese Restaurant Group Operations Manual.
- Must be willing to handle fresh chicken and assist with any tasks needed to prepare and back up the kitchen for a successful shift.

Required Skills and Experience

- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Solid communication skills to effectively interact with both guests and teammates.
- Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order taking and food preparation.
- Commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds as needed for daily operations.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
