Our client, a leading manufacturer in Ottawa’s South End, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join their growing team. Required skills and qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Valid experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices
- Professional, reliable, and ethical work ethic
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles is considered an asset
- Must be eligible to obtain Controlled Goods (CGD) clearance (minimum 5 years residing in Canada)

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
- Enter inventory transactions and maintain accurate records within the ERP system
- Pick and distribute materials for production while updating inventory in the ERP system
- Perform cycle counts, stock rotation,



and inventory control activities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Organize, label, and maintain inventory for accuracy and accessibility
- Support shipping, receiving, and staging of outbound products as required
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely material availability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned

Wage: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience

Shifts: 6:00AM to 2:30PM
