Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion and manage the lower mainland project team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to oversee complex projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will bring robust construction management expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for driving project success.

Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing construction management software such as Ontraccr, MS project, QBO and other relevant programs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits,



meetings, and updates; adjust schedules as needed.
- Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all phases of construction.
- Oversee and lead the project management team

Experience

- Proven experience in construction project management with a strong background in Mechanical projects.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and project management tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and other relevant platforms.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation review.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills.
- Extensive construction experience with a solid understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

Pay: $95,000.00-$170,000.00 per year
