Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Serve a variety of gelato flavors and assist customers in selecting their favorite treats with friendly guidance.
- Handle all cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling and preparation protocols.
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting overall food service operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications





- Previous barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is highly preferred.
- Experience serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment within the food industry.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
