We are a national manufacturers’ representative agency specializing in electric motors, power transmission and industrial mechanical products, representing leading industrial brands across Canada for over 30 years.

We are looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to cover British Columbia. This is a field-based sales role focused on growing distributor relationships and developing OEM accounts across the territory.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow distributor and OEM accounts across BC
- Develop new leads and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Meet or exceed regional sales targets
- Plan and attend customer visits, trade shows and industry events
- Monitor pricing and product availability in the region
- Report regularly to VP Sales and work with the national team

Requirements:





- Degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related) — strong asset
- B2B industrial sales experience preferred
- Recent technical graduates welcome to apply
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Must reliably commute to Greater Vancouver or relocate before starting
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
