You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical systems across various homes. Your expertise will ensure optimal operation of HVAC units, appliances, and related mechanical systems, contributing to a safe and efficient environment. We expect any candidate to be willing to learn some of the wood burning side of our business.

Responsibilities

- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnace, and ventilation units to ensure reliable operation.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
- Maintain appliances and mechanical equipment by performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or upgrades of HVAC and mechanical systems.




- Document all work performed through detailed reports to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a strong background in mechanical systems maintenance.
- Knowledgeable in Ductless systems, appliance repair, and construction processes.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, appliances, and general building maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with schematics interpretation for troubleshooting complex systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in rapid-paced environments.
- Valid Red Seal certificate.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
