Play Center Attendant – Kidz Kingdom St. Albert Mall

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Play Center Attendant to join our team at KIDZ KINGDOM ST. ALBERT MALL. This role involves supervising children, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment, and providing excellent guest service.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess strong communication skills. As a Play Center Attendant, you will be the face of our facility, creating memorable experiences for families and visitors while maintaining a clean and welcoming space.

* The ideal candidate will have open availability and/or be able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends. *

Responsibilities

- Supervise children during playtime, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Engage with children through interactive activities and help create an enjoyable play experience.
- Assist guests with questions, check-in procedures, and information about the center's offerings.
- Handle guest interactions professionally, including addressing concerns or issues promptly.
- Process admissions and sales transactions accurately, including cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the play area,



including sanitizing equipment and organizing supplies.
- Support food service operations when applicable, including serving snacks or beverages.
- Enforce center rules to promote a safe environment for all visitors.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guests have a positive experience.

Experience & Qualifications

- Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and children.
- Customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with guest services, cash handling, or food service is an asset.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and energetic attitude with a passion for creating fun and safe experiences for families.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
