Responsibilities

- Assist lead teachers in planning and executing age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Support children during daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and outdoor play to ensure safety and comfort.
- Foster positive behavior by encouraging respectful interactions and guiding children through conflict resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that is welcoming and conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to share updates on progress and address any concerns.




- Support children with diverse needs by adapting activities and providing additional assistance as needed.
- Help monitor classroom safety protocols and ensure compliance with licensing standards related to early childhood education.

Qualifications

- Prior classroom experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
- Passion for teaching and supporting the developmental milestones of young learners.
