We’re expanding our holistic approach to wellness and are looking for a Registered Clinical Counsellor to join our multidisciplinary team of health professionals.

LOCATION + SCHEDULE

- Based at our White Rock clinic (Beecher Street)
- Part-time or full time (20–40 hours per week)
- Flexible scheduling to fit your availability

THE ROLE

- Conduct clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Provide effective, evidence-based counselling
- Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records
- Collaborate with other practitioners to support integrated client care
- Contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented team culture

REQUIREMENTS

- Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in good standing with BCACC and/or CCC
- Master’s degree or doctorate in counselling, psychology, social work,



or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of counselling experience
- Liability insurance and compliance with BCACC ethical standards

WHAT YOU BRING

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Genuine compassion and curiosity for people’s experiences
- Experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationships
- Experience working with children is a strong asset
- Familiarity with ICBC referrals is a plus
- Organized, professional, and committed to ongoing growth
