Compensation: $25,000–$55,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Northern LED is expanding our high-performance sales team! We’re looking for self-motivated, confident Outside Sales Representatives to help commercial, industrial & agricultural clients upgrade to energy-efficient LED lighting through a heavily subsidized utility rebate program.

This is a base salary + uncapped commission-based chance. If you’re driven, goal-oriented, and enjoy being on the road, we want to work with you.

Commission Earnings:

- $25,000–$55,000 base salary
- 4% commission — company-generated lighting leads
- 6% commission — salesperson-generated lighting leads
- 7% commission — once annual LED sales exceed $750,000
- 8% commission — on annual LED sales above $1.25 million
- $100K–$150K+ realistic earning potential, with higher earnings possible through uncapped commission

Northern LED provides AI-generated leads, rebate intelligence, CRM tools, estimating support, and technical support to help you succeed. Salespeople who generate their own business have the opportunity to earn higher commissions.

You Are:

- Reliable, energetic, and goal-driven




- Able to work independently and manage your territory
- Great with people and comfortable speaking to business owners and facility managers
- Organized and able to consistently enter accurate CRM data
- Experienced in sales, lighting, or construction industries (an asset, not required)

Responsibilities:

- Generate daily qualified leads by visiting businesses across your assigned area
- Educate potential clients about energy-efficient lighting and rebate opportunities
- Maintain accurate and timely lead entries in CRM
