Location: Perth, Ontario
Salary: $70,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience)

RFM Inc. is looking for a skilled and reliable Licensed Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, metal fabrication, and working with a variety of equipment.

Responsibilities

- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components.
- Operate plasma cutters, press brakes, and other fabrication equipment.
- Maintain quality workmanship and a safe work environment.

Qualifications

- Valid welding licence or certification.
- Experience in welding and metal fabrication.
- Robust mechanical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read blueprints and work independently.
- Machining, forklift, and rigging experience are assets.
