Job Summary

All IT Solutions is seeking a Mainframe Production Operations Engineer to join a client engagement.

Responsibilities

- Need candidate who is sitting in Canada Mainframe Production Operations Engineer Ontario Canada-100% Remote

Required Qualifications

- Migration from CA OPS/MVS to IBM Tivoli System Automation for z/OS is mandatory, REXX program
- CA OPS/MVS to IBM Tivoli System Automation for z/OS
- 5+ years of experience in a Mainframe Operations environment in an operational, service, consulting, or support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with TSO and ISPF
- Strong JCL skills
- Ability to write REXX
- Working knowledge of System Automation Policy Database (PDB)
- Experience with z/OS Automation Migration Projects
- Migration from CA OPS/MVS to IBM Tivoli System Automation for z/OS – MUST HAVE
- NetView for z/OS
- IBM System Automation for z/OS

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of other IBM Z software and technologies
- Z/OS system operation, configuration, startup and shutdown
- Knowledge of competing Mainframe automation products
- Experience with fully automated system configurations on IBM Z
