You will help decarbonize the economy as part of an agile team that deploys, supports, and improves management systems for major corporate and public institutions throughout North America.

Responsibilities

- Deploy, configure, and update software in the cloud.
- Diagnose and resolve simple and complex technical problems.
- Provide technical support to system users.
- Analyze incidents and provide input for continuous system and process improvement.
- Train system users.

Requirements

- You are fluent in French and English.
- You have a client-oriented mindset.
- You have a technical college diploma (CEGEP technical diploma/AEC/DEC or equivalent)



and experience in supporting computerized systems in a networked environment.
- You have enthusiasm and a genuine interest in high technology.
- You can work alone or in a team.
- You are autonomous, self-organizing to get things done with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
