At On the Ball Orthotics, we’re passionate about helping people feel their best. We believe exceptional care begins with an exceptional patient experience, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our team.

This part-time chance is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in being organized, and wants to make a meaningful difference in a healthcare setting. Previous clinic experience is an asset, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others.

The schedule is two days per week, every Monday and Wednesday.

As our Patient Experience & Clinic Coordinator, you’ll help ensure every patient feels welcome, informed, and well cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming patients and creating a friendly, professional clinic environment.
- Answering phone calls and emails and responding to patient inquiries.
- Scheduling, confirming, and coordinating appointments.
- Explaining our services and helping patients understand their options and next steps.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and completing administrative tasks.
- Keeping the clinic organized and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
- Working collaboratively with the team to deliver an excellent patient experience.

- Respect for patient privacy and confidentiality.

Customer service, reception, administrative, or healthcare experience is an asset, but no previous clinic experience is required. We welcome applications from motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
