Wealth Care Specialist – Financial Education & Client Development
Flexible | Remote | Training & Licensing Support Available
Build Your Skills. Build Relationships. Help People Build Their Future.
We are growing our financial education and wealth services team and are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and taking ownership of their professional development.
This is not a position where we expect you to arrive knowing everything about financial services.
We are interested in who you are, how you learn, and what you're willing to develop.
The people who tend to thrive in our environment are coachable, proactive, relationship-oriented, and willing to challenge themselves. They value integrity, take responsibility for their results, and aren't afraid to go the extra mile.
If you're looking for an opportunity where your communication skills, work ethic, and ability to connect with people can become valuable professional assets, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Learn
Through training, mentorship, and hands-on development, you will learn how to:
- Have meaningful conversations about financial goals and priorities
- Help individuals and families improve their financial understanding
- Identify client needs through effective questioning and active listening
- Explain financial concepts in clear, everyday language
- Develop long-term professional relationships
- Introduce clients to appropriate financial strategies and solutions
- Build and manage a growing client base
- Use digital tools and systems to organize client communication and follow-up
- Operate within applicable licensing and compliance requirements
- Develop stronger communication, business, and leadership skills
What Could Make You Successful Here
We aren't looking for one particular employment background.
Some of our most transferable skills come from careers that have nothing to do with finance.
You may have an advantage if you are:
Coachable — You can receive direction, apply feedback, and continue improving.
People-Oriented — You genuinely enjoy talking with people, asking questions, and understanding what matters to them.
Self-Directed — You don't need someone constantly reminding you what needs to be done.
Competitive With Yourself — You enjoy setting goals, tracking progress, and improving your own performance.
Resilient — A setback doesn't become a stopping point. You adjust, learn, and keep moving.
Professional — You communicate respectfully, follow through on commitments, and understand the importance of confidentiality and trust.
A Team Player — You contribute to the success of the people around you and are willing to learn from experienced leaders.
Someone With Integrity — Doing the right thing matters to you, particularly when people are trusting you with important decisions.
Willing to Go the Extra Mile — You're prepared to step outside your comfort zone and do more than the minimum required to grow.
