Duties

- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping activities using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Caseware to maintain accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform account reconciliations for bank statements and general ledger accounts to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Support payroll processing by verifying employee hours and preparing related reports in compliance with company policies.
- Aid in preparing financial statements, budgets, and account analysis reports to support client decision-making processes.
- Contribute to auditing procedures by gathering documentation, reviewing transactions,



and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team members on corporate finance projects, including cost analysis and financial planning activities.

Skills

- Min 2 years of experience in public practice is must.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks and caseware is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, including account reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes.
- Bilingual between Korean and English is an asset.
- Experience handling accounts payable and receivable functions with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and financial services operations.
- Ability to perform account analysis, budgeting support, and auditing tasks accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with proactive communication abilities.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools for account reconciliation and financial reporting will be an advantage.

Pay: $47,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
