We're looking for a hands-on leader who understands the automotive business, knows how to get deals done, and has the drive to bring out the best in their team.

What You'll Do

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets
- Take an active role on the sales floor, helping your team close deals and maximize opportunities
- Structure deals, secure financing solutions, and work with lenders to maximize approvals
- Monitor sales performance, manage accountability, and drive continuous improvement
- Develop sales consultants through hands-on coaching, training, and mentorship
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, dealership profitability, and overall sales performance
- Create a positive, competitive, and results-driven sales environment
- Work closely with ownership and senior management to achieve dealership objectives

What We're Looking For

- Previous automotive Sales Manager experience is required
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams




- Solid understanding of automotive financing, deal structuring, and lender relationships
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to motivate, develop, and hold a sales team accountable
- A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to management
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
