Xcellent Wellness Centre is opening its doors this November, and we're looking for a Registered Massage Therapist who wants more than just a treatment room.

We're building a multidisciplinary wellness clinic where massage therapy, physiotherapy, and chiropractic care work together to help patients move better, recover, and feel their best. You'll be working alongside a chiropractor and physiotherapist, each bringing over 10 years of experience to the team.

As we build our clinic and patient community, we're looking for an RMT who wants the opportunity to establish their practice, develop meaningful patient relationships, and grow with us from the very beginning.

Who We're Looking For





We're looking for an RMT who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that puts patients first.

Whether you're an experienced therapist ready for a new prospect or a new graduate looking for the right place to start your career, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements:

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centred approach
- A collaborative, professional, and compassionate attitude

Compensation & Schedule

- Competitive percentage-based compensation
- Part-time or full-time opportunities
- Approximately 20–40 hours per week, depending on availability and patient demand
- Flexible scheduling with potential to expand your hours as your caseload grows

Location: Conveniently located inside Highpoint Mall, Mississauga, Ontario (easy access from Dixie Road and nearby amenities)
