ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Install/Warehouse Crew Members are responsible for the transportation, delivery, installation, and removal of tent structures and rental equipment from event sites around the GTA and Southern Ontario. The role involves physical labor, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and providing excellent customer service. The position also involves being an integral part of the warehouse team. Crew Members work under the direction of a Team Lead/Site Supervisor. They are paid on an hourly basis and typically work 44+ hours/week, with some weekend work also required.

Key Responsibility and Duties

- Setup and take down of rental items
- Loading and Unloading of trucks
- Picking parts and putting away product
- Cleaning and maintenance of rental equipment
- Organizing,



sorting and maintaining warehouse environment
- Communicate to supervision about customer concerns, rental equipment issues or service delays
- No tent installation experience necessary, we provide training

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Physical Stamina: The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hard physical labor, including significant walking, standing, bending, and repetitive motions.
- Work Conditions: Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and sometimes at heights, with a versatile schedule that may include overtime, nights, and weekends.
- Teamwork and Direction: A strong team-oriented mentality and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions from crew leaders or supervisors.
- Dependability: Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail are essential.
- Experience/Education: A high school diploma is generally preferred, or equivalent education.
- Licenses/Certifications: A valid driver's license (G) with 5 years experience.

Key Skills and Qualification

- Previous tent installation experience is an asset
- Previous experience in construction / trades is an asset
- Solid, interpersonal,



and communication skills are essential.
- Organizational Skills, the ability to plan, organize, and multitask is crucial for managing daily operations
- Effective written and oral English communication skills
- A strong safety-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and long hours when required
- Able to work effectively as part of a professional team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to lift up to 50lbs

THE BENEFITS

- Position: Permanent Full Time and Seasonal roles available
- Hourly Rate of $19 - $22 /hr
- Paid overtime after 44 hrs/week
- Full benefits after 1 year
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:00pm
- Start Date: Immediate
- Full tent installation and safety training provided
