Waterloo Nissan is a high-volume dealership seeking a driven Sales & Leasing Representative to join our growing team. If you’re motivated, customer-focused, and looking for a store with strong inventory, consistent traffic, and real earning potential, this is the opportunity for you.

We sell both New and Pre-Owned vehicles and during peak seasons carry up to 300 vehicles in stock, ensuring you always have options for every customer who walks through the door.

What You’ll Do

- Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle to meet their needs and budget
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits
- Guide customers through the entire sales and leasing process, from first contact to vehicle delivery
- Follow up with showroom guests, online leads, and previous customers
- Maintain knowledge of Nissan products and key competitor vehicles
- Work closely with the Business Office to finalize financing, protection products, and documentation
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For





- Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is an asset, not a requirement)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and coachable
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
- Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record
