Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads according to customer specifications, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to take orders, answer questions, and provide excellent service
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash transactions and processing payments efficiently




- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, food prep areas, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness
- Uphold food handling procedures to ensure safety standards are met at all times

Requirements

- Prior experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with cashiering, serving, or restaurant operations is a plus but not mandatory
