Duties
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls and emails to identify sales opportunities and promote our products or services
- Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Prepare and process customer quotes and orders accurately and efficiently as well as provide product and pricing information.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and sales opportunities
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
- Work closely with our sales, logistics, and operations team to ensure customers are well looked after
- Exceptional customer service skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate fluently. French is highly desirable but not required
- Assist with other inside-sales and customer-service responsibilities as required
