AAIS Inc, O/A Superior Pool Spa & Leisure is one of Ontario’s leading commercial aquatic service companies, providing maintenance, repairs, renovations, and emergency service to condominiums, municipalities, hotels, schools, and recreation facilities across the GTA.

We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and being part of a growing company. This position offers an opportunity to develop into a full-time Commercial Pool Service Technician based on performance.

What You’ll Do

Working alongside experienced technicians, your responsibilities will include:

- Commercial pool openings and winterizations
- Weekly pool maintenance and water testing
- Equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Cleaning pumps, filters and strainers
- Vacuuming commercial pools and spas
- Assisting with repairs and installations
- Chemical handling and inventory
- Loading and organizing service vehicles
- Completing digital work orders and service reports
- Providing professional customer service on site
- Maintaining a clean, organized work vehicle and job site

No two days are the same. You’ll work at a variety of commercial properties throughout the GTA.

Requirements

Must Have:

- Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to our Markham office for 7:00 AM each workday
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Assets (Not Required):

- Commercial pool experience
- CPO or Aquatic Facility Operator certification
- Plumbing, electrical, HVAC or mechanical experience
- Experience with commercial equipment and pumps
- Experience operating trailers or towing equipment

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Report to our Markham office by 7:00 AM each morning
- Overtime and weekend work available during peak seasons

Pay: $17.60-$35.00 per hour
