One of our clients is looking for an experienced Production Associate to join a busy manufacturing operation in Brantford.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on manufacturing and machine operation experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with measurements, production drawings, and fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

· Operate production, assembly, and fabrication equipment

· Assist with heat transfer coil manufacturing

· Follow production drawings, measurements, work orders, and work instructions

· Perform accurate measuring, basic calculations, and quality checks

· Monitor equipment and identify or report basic mechanical issues

· Support fabrication and assembly activities while maintaining product quality

· Record production progress and completed work using production software

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

· Follow all workplace safety and production procedures

· Work with the production team to meet quality, productivity, and production targets

Qualifications





· 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience preferred

· Previous machine operation experience strongly preferred

· Hands-on experience with assembly, fabrication, or production equipment

· Strong mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills

· Comfortable reading production drawings, measurements, and work instructions

· Valuable basic math skills for measuring, fabrication, and assembly

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Able to follow established processes and safety procedures

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment

· Strong communication skills in English

· Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

· Demonstrates initiative and a strong work ethic

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
