About KAR Auto Parts
KAR Auto Parts is a locally owned automotive parts distributor serving the GTA since 1995. We are known for fast delivery, strong service standards, and long-standing relationships with repair facilities and dealerships.
We are expanding and seeking experienced automotive road representatives who already understand and operate within the GTA repair shop ecosystem.
Industry Experience & Relationships Required
This role requires existing relationships within GTA-based repair facilities and dealerships.
Applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 5 years in outside auto parts sales
- Currently or previously manage GTA repair shop accounts
- Have established relationships with shop owners or service managers
- Understand aftermarket parts, sourcing, returns, and shop workflow
This is not an entry-level sales role.
We are not seeking general B2B sales professionals from outside the automotive industry.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing and growing a defined territory of repair facilities and dealerships while continuously developing new business.
This is a performance-based position suited for disciplined, relationship-driven professionals who take ownership of their territory.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing B2B accounts
- Prospect and open recent repair shop relationships
- Conduct regular in-person visits across your territory
- Reactivate dormant accounts
- Use CRM tools to manage activity and pipeline
- Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings
- Represent KAR Auto Parts professionally in the field

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON L4X 1L8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
