Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Salesforce Delivery Lead to drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex Salesforce projects. Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into actionable project plans using tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and budgets effectively utilizing Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Coordinate with technical teams to oversee system architecture design, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), release management, and testing activities including user acceptance testing.
- Facilitate communication across teams through tools like Jira, TFS, and Microsoft Office suite to ensure transparency and timely updates.
- Drive program management initiatives by applying PMBOK principles and Protected frameworks for scaled Agile implementation.
- Monitor project progress through analysis skills, risk management strategies, and disaster recovery planning to ensure seamless project implementation and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions,



conduct analysis for process improvements, and support project documentation efforts.
- Foster a collaborative environment by demonstrating leadership, negotiation skills, and organizational prowess to motivate teams toward shared success.

Requirements

- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise software projects within a cloud computing environment, particularly with AWS or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, SDLC processes, release management, and user acceptance testing procedures.
- Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, PMBOK, and SAFe frameworks.
- Proficiency with databases including SQL and Oracle; familiarity with disaster recovery strategies is a plus.
- Skilled in using project management tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, Jira, TFS, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team motivation and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while adhering to deadlines.
- Experience in requirements gathering, analysis skills for process optimization, and implementing user acceptance testing protocols.

Pay: $70.00-$100.00 per hour
