Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical conditions and discuss their health goals to tailor effective massage treatments.
- Perform professional massage therapy techniques using various modalities to address musculoskeletal issues, stress relief, and injury recovery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and health history.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results and prevent future issues.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic productivity.




- Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment process, expected outcomes, and answer any questions to foster trust and confidence.

Qualifications

- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or certification body.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments and collaborate with clients and team members.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for new graduates.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold skilled standards at all times.

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
