Overview
Work with the school’s Managers and other Front Desk Staff members to create the Aqua-Tots experience for new and current families, uphold our core values, and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

- Uphold our Aqua-Tots Swim School Core Values
- Build relationships with families by Creating the Aqua-Tots Experience
- Perform assigned Front Desk Position each shift
- Perform all duties as outlined on Task Lists, Checklists, and Trackers
- Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers
- Effectively use point of sale and communication platforms
- Sell swim lessons and related swimming merchandise
- Complete proper steps for registering new and/or returning customers
- Ensure facility safety and cleanliness
- Assist with the student graduation process
- Attend staff meetings and in-service trainings
- Carry out any other tasks to support team objectives that are assigned by your lead as required

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry




- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a professional manner
- Demonstrated professionalism with strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Previous experience working with children (coaching, camp counselor, teacher, etc.)
- Previous experience working in sales or in the service industry
- Available to work 2 shifts per week

Certification Requirements

- Aqua-Tots Front Desk Staff (AT- FDS) Certificate of Completion - Training to be provided
- CPR and First Aid Certifications

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
