About the Opportunity

We are currently recruiting Semi-Skilled Labourers, Skilled Labourers, Machine Operators and Carpenters to support various construction projects throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with varying levels of construction experience, from those with basic site experience to experienced tradespeople with strong carpentry skills. Whether you are looking to develop your construction skills or bring your existing expertise to a project, we have opportunities available for you.

Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with pay rates varying by position, experience, and skill level.

Key Responsibilities

Semi-Skilled Labourer:

- Assist with general construction and site clean-up activities
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials
- Assist skilled workers and tradespeople with daily tasks
- Use basic hand tools and power tools under direction
- Maintain a clean and secure work environment

Skilled Labourer:

- Perform a variety of construction tasks with minimal supervision
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, demolition, and installations as required
- Support carpenters and other trades with construction activities
- Follow site plans, supervisor instructions, and safety procedures

Carpenter:

- Perform carpentry work, including framing, formwork, installations, and finishing




- Read and interpret construction drawings and measurements
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install construction materials
- Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with other trades and report progress or issues to the site supervisor

Machine Operator:

- Operate construction machinery and equipment appropriate to the position and project requirements
- Complete pre-operational inspections and report equipment defects
- Follow safe operating procedures and site traffic management requirements
- Assist with material handling, excavation, grading, or site preparation as applicable
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Semi-Skilled Labourer

- Basic construction experience is an asset, but a willingness to learn is essential

Skilled Labourer

- Previous construction experience with the ability to perform a variety of tasks independently
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and common construction methods
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of job-site safety practices

Carpenter

- Previous carpentry experience in residential, commercial, or multi-family construction
- Ability to read construction drawings and take accurate measurements
- Proficiency with carpentry tools and construction techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship




- Relevant trade certification or apprenticeship experience is an asset

Machine Operator

- Previous experience operating construction equipment relevant to the position
- Valid equipment tickets or certifications, where required for the specific equipment and role
- Knowledge of equipment inspections, safe operating procedures, and job-site safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely around other workers and machinery

General Requirements for All Positions

- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well with others
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to follow directions from foremen and site supervisors
- Relevant safety training and certifications are considered an asset
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing general construction duties
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
