McKnight Dental is a well established dental clinic in NE, Calgary. We focus on high-quality, patient-centred care, supported by experienced teams, modern technology and strong practice management. We’re looking for a skilled, personable Associate Dentist to join one of our busy clinics.
About the role
You’ll provide comprehensive general dentistry to a well-established patient base, supported by a full team of hygienists, assistants and front-desk staff. We handle the business side so you can focus on clinical care.
What you’ll do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry: exams, diagnosis and treatment planning
- Perform restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic and surgical procedures (extractions)
- Present treatment plans clearly and build lasting relationships with patients
- Work with hygienists, assistants and administrative staff on a smooth patient experience
- Keep accurate, timely clinical records
- Follow CDSA standards, infection control and privacy requirements
- Take part in team meetings and continuing education
What we’re looking for
- DDS/DMD (or NDEB-certified equivalent)
- Licensed with CDSA
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general dentistry
- Confident and efficient across a broad range of general dentistry procedures
- Strong communication and chairside manner
- Collaborative team player with a patient-first attitude
Nice to have
- Experience or interest in implants, endodontics (molar endo), clear aligners or oral surgery
- Experience with digital dentistry (intraoral scanners, CBCT)
- Additional languages, depending on the clinic’s patient community

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15,000.00-$40,000.00 per month
