We are looking for a Corporate Associate with 2-4 years of experience to fill a vacancy to work
with a busy team of lawyers and law clerks.

At MCCARTER GRESPAN, you will take an active role in files, develop your ability to think through
legal and transactional processes, and work under the guidance of a highly skilled team of lawyers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate, commercial and business law, with an
emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, complex corporate reorganizations, restructurings, private
placements and corporate financing. The successful candidate will combine strong technical skills
with the ability to manage a file from start to finish.

Qualifications:

 Licensed to practice law in Ontario
 Experience drafting legal documents related to incorporations, corporate

reorganizations and M&A; transactions;
 A critical thinker and self-starter who can work independently with minimal





supervision;
 Solid work ethic;
 Legal Research skills
 Strong attention to detail
 Exceptional client service mindset
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
 Ability to complete transactions from start to finish

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
