This posting is on behalf of one of our clients, who are currently seeking Representatives to join their Sales and Brand Ambassador Team in Surrey, BC.

Position Overview

This position is ideal for individuals with a Sales or Customer Service Representative (CSR) background who value professionalism, teamwork, and meaningful work.

This is an in-person role that requires strong communication skills, a polished presentation, and a passion for community involvement.

Schedule & Work Environment

- Hours: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Type: Part-time (3 days)
- Type: Full time (4 or 5 days)
- Setting: On-site (not remote)
- Must be able to commute to our Surrey office on the days you are scheduled to work
- Vehicle not required — travel to community sites is coordinated and covered by the team

Key Responsibilities

- Professionally engage with members of the public for community-based campaigns and inspire support
- Represent clients and their partners with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Build rapport and meaningful conversations with potential donors and community members
- Participate in team briefings and training sessions to enhance campaign knowledge
- Maintain ethical and accurate donor interactions in compliance with industry standards
- This position involves in-person community engagement in public venues,



events, and pre-approved outreach and residential areas

Qualifications

- Comfortable with face-to-face interaction in public or event settings
- Must currently reside in Surrey or nearby areas
- Must be available for in-person work (this role is not remote)
- Vehicle not required

Compensation & Benefits

- Base pay plus performance incentives and commissions
- Typical representatives earn between $750–$1,200 weekly after training
- All compensation details will be discussed during the interview
- Paid and free training provided to all successful applicants
- All campaign materials and tablets are provided free of charge
