IGNIT3 is a remote online coaching company. Our coaches run their own client rosters, deliver training and nutrition programming through our app, and build long-term relationships that keep clients paying month after month.
This role is coaching and client enrollment in equal measure. We send you interested people. You have the conversation, find out what they actually need, and enroll the ones you can genuinely help. If closing a conversation makes you uncomfortable, this is not the right seat. If you have ever wanted your training income to scale past the hours you can physically stand in a gym, it is.
What you'll do
- Take incoming leads and run consultations that end in a decision, yes or no
- Build and manage a roster of online coaching clients
- Write training programs and deliver nutrition guidance through our platform
- Run check-ins, keep clients accountable, and drive retention
- Work your own network alongside the leads we provide
What we're looking for
- Real coaching experience, in person or online
- Comfort selling. You can hold a consultation, handle an objection, and ask for the close without apologizing for it
- Self-management. Nobody is going to sit over your shoulder
- Consistent communication.

Pay: $4,000.00-$12,000.00 per month
