Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking an outgoing, engaged and energetic individual to join our team at Archers Battlefield. This representative will greet, process payments and provide assistance to complete waiver and facilitate an exceptional archery and ping pong experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate for this position should enjoy being around people, and is enthusiastic about creating a memorable, fun, and safe experience for all.our team as Archery and Ping Pong Games Referees. This exciting opportunity involves working primarily during weekends and weekday evenings, creating a dynamic and enjoyable experience for participants. We are looking for individuals with high energy, a love for sports, and the ability to engage with large groups of people. This role is not for the shy at heart!

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and prepare the party area, Archery Combat Arena, and Ping Pong area before scheduled events.
- Ensure all equipment is arranged and maintained in optimal condition.
- Process payments for bookings and assist with completing waivers.
- Provide clear and concise instructions on safety, equipment use, and game rules when necessary.




- Participate in the cleanup and takedown process after all Archery Tag and Ping Pong bookings.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by cleaning equipment and spaces.
- Answer phone calls, providing information to potential participants.
- Handle payment transactions efficiently.
- Assist with kid’s programs and birthday parties.

Requirements:

· Subject to a criminal record check.

· A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

· Basic certified first aid/CPR.

· Willingness to work primarily on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and weekday evenings.

· High energy and enthusiasm for sports, archery, and ping pong.

· Comfortable working with and leading large groups of people.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to adapt to dynamic and rapid-paced environments.

Compensation: Starting at $17.60 per hour.
