Duties
- Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients with precision and care, ensuring consistency and quality in every pie
- Cook pizzas to perfection using commercial ovens, monitoring temperature and timing for optimal results
- Handle food with proper safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as dough stretching, topping application, and ingredient portioning
- Serve customers at the counter or in a dine-in setting with friendly, efficient service
- Maintain organization of ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow all food handling regulations and safety protocols to uphold our commitment to food safety
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or food industry roles is highly preferred
- Robust skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude toward customers
- Kitchen experience demonstrating familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus
