Join our growing team to contribute to a better world! We are currently looking for full-time General Laborer 2 for our Chilliwack location.

A General Laborer performs various tasks related to materials handling, electronics dismantling, re-packing as well as plant and equipment clean-up.

Duties and responsibilities

- Unload, tag, sort both palletized and bulk material shipments of electronic waste (eg. TVs, monitors, computers etc.), disassemble/dismantle waste electronic products quickly, accurately, safely and securely
- Use air guns and hand tools to dismantle electronic equipment
- Identify components from disassembly and sort into correct material bins
- Ensure work area remains clean and free of trash/debris throughout the work shift,



including removal of plastic wrap/packaging material in the work centers
- Communicate all issues to the production supervisor and/or operations manager that could result in process delays or safety issues
- Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of performance with quality production, security, and health & safety
- Ensure daily, weekly, monthly production and efficiency goals are accomplished
- Maintain strict adherence to eCycle policies, SOP’s, and safety procedures
- Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
