Wide Format Customer Service Representative – Signage & Displays

We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Wide Format Customer Service Representative to join our team.The successful candidate will manage customer accounts and coordinate signage, banners, displays, graphics, and installation projects from initial inquiry through production and completion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships.

Prepare quotes and develop new sales opportunities.

Coordinate production, materials, deliveries, and installations.

Communicate project details and timelines with customers and internal teams.

Review specifications, artwork, measurements, and installation requirements.

Conduct job-site inspections when required.

Troubleshoot production and installation issues.

Track deadlines and keep customers informed of project status.

Follow up after completion to ensure customer satisfaction. I

dentify opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Qualifications

Customer service and/or sales experience.





Experience in signage, wide-format printing, graphics, or displays is an asset.

Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.

Proficiency with standard office/customer-management software.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as required.

Some onsite installation assistance required

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39.5 per week
