Figure & Food is an established wellness clinic in Vancouver looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our team.

We understand that practitioners are at different stages in their careers, so we are open to different working arrangements depending on what fits you best.

Available options include:

- Employee position – for an RMT who prefers to work as part of the clinic team
- Independent contractor arrangement – percentage split or mutually agreed compensation structure
- Room rental – operate your own independent practice from a fully equipped private treatment room and retain your own billings

We are happy to discuss the structure that best suits your experience, schedule, and existing client base.

Figure & Food is a professional multidisciplinary wellness clinic with services focused on nutrition, body transformation, fitness, massage therapy, and wellness.

Who We’re Looking For

We would love to connect with an RMT who is:





- Registered and in good standing in British Columbia
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused
- Interested in building or expanding their practice
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a multidisciplinary environment
- Open to discussing an employment, contractor, or room-rental arrangement

Both experienced RMTs and newer practitioners are welcome to apply.

If you already have an established client base and are looking for a professional space to operate independently, we would be happy to discuss a room-rental arrangement.

If you are building your practice and prefer more clinic support, we can discuss an employee or independent contractor structure.

Compensation

Compensation will depend on the selected arrangement:

Employee: hourly or commission-based compensation to be discussed based on experience and schedule.

Independent Contractor: percentage split or mutually agreed contractor structure.

Room Rental: fixed rental arrangement, with the practitioner retaining 100% of their professional billings.
