Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

- showcase beverage and menu knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations
- Ideal Candidate has full or mostly full availability including a mix of lunch and dinner shifts.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable

Experience

- minimum 3 years experience serving in a similar setting
- Familiarity with food service operations and hospitality standards
- Strong time management skills to handle high-volume service periods
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
