Job Description

Beauty Supply Outlet Milton is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated team member to help with the day-to-day operations of our beauty supply store.

Responsibilities include managing and organizing inventory, stocking shelves, adding products and updating information in our online store, using Shopify POS, and completing general computer and administrative tasks.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, pays attention to detail, stays organized, and is comfortable balancing different responsibilities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers and process purchases, returns, and payments using Shopify POS.
- Receive, count, check, and organize incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves, replenish products, and maintain organized product displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock counts.
- Add new products to our Shopify online store, including entering product details, prices, descriptions, and other relevant information.
- Update existing product listings and maintain accurate product information and inventory records.
- Organize merchandise in the stockroom and throughout the store.
- Perform general computer and administrative tasks.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
- Identify organizational issues and take initiative to keep store operations running smoothly.




- Assist with other day-to-day store tasks as needed.

Qualifications

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Able to manage inventory accurately and keep products organized.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to multitask and switch between different responsibilities.
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks such as stocking, sorting, and organizing products.
- Previous retail, inventory, e-commerce, or administrative experience is an asset.
- Experience with Shopify or other online store platforms is an asset, but training can be provided.

This position is a good fit for someone who wants a varied role combining retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
