Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative / Energy Consultant to join our team. This role involves meeting with customers, assessing their heating and cooling needs, and recommending energy-efficient HVAC solutions tailored to their homes or businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with customers
- Assess current HVAC systems and perform basic heat loss/gain evaluations
- Recommend suitable heating, cooling, and air quality solutions
- Explain energy efficiency options, rebates,



and financing programs
- Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth

Qualifications:

- Previous sales experience (HVAC experience is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $35,000.00-$135,000.00 per year
