This position offers $25–$30 per hour and 20+ hours per week, working Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.

You must have a strong karate background and experience teaching children, with the ability to lead engaging, structured classes independently. Instructors from all karate styles are welcome. Paid training is provided in Boundless’s curriculum and teaching systems.

- Help nervous beginners feel comfortable participating and keep experienced students challenged.
- Maintain a safe training environment through active supervision and age-appropriate instruction.
- Communicate professionally with parents about student progress and concerns.

Qualifications

- Previous experience teaching karate to children, with the ability to lead classes independently. At least one year of teaching experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage a class, maintain student attention, and adapt instruction to different ages and skill levels.
- Clear communication skills and a professional, approachable manner with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Availability to work Monday, Thursday, and Saturday, including scheduled evening classes.
- Energetic,

positive, dependable, and enthusiastic about helping children develop confidence and discipline.
- Willingness to learn and follow Boundless’s curriculum and teaching systems.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.
